Kabakoo, a pan-African EdTech organisation, has said it is set to provide the first no-code training for African youths this month.
It said the training programme, which would be delivered alongside Contournement, a European no-code training organsation, was designed to boost “its learners’ employability and local entrepreneurship projects.”
In a statement made available to Financial Street, it said, “The learners will acquire full proficiency in no-code tools to create websites, mobile apps, automation and data management projects.
“The training aims at mastering key tools such as Zapier, Airtable, Adalo, Glide or Dorick, which will help learners to rapidly develop ambitious tech products (without having to code) to meet the needs of local communities and markets in the Sahel.”
The training will take place in Bamako, Mali, with 20 learners, according to the statement.
