The Nigerian Stock Exchange e-filing portal, X-Filing, will drive regulatory objectives and ease compliance for stakeholders, the Executive Director of Regulation at the NSE, Ms Tinuade Awe, has said.

The portal, which was launched on Tuesday, comes on the back of the recent upgrade to the NSE issuers’ portal, X-Issuer, a fully integrated, secure web interface designed to enable the submission and processing of securities listing applications online.
