Promo: Dangote Cement presents cheques to four winners in Delta

…Nigerian couple wins in Abuja

Dangote Cement, at the weekend, kept its promise of immediate redemption of prizes in its ongoing promotion, as four winners received N1m each and a dummy cheque at the prize presentation in Warri, Delta State, Nigeria.

The four winners in the South South region are Emmanuel Akpotor, Okpolero Daniel, Abada Uzuazor and Moses Mogam.

Mogam, a building contractor, commended the company for changing his life, adding that he was receiving such huge amount of money as a gift for the first time. He explained that from his childhood, he never received up to N10,000 as gift.

On her part, Ms. Uzuazor described the bag of goodies promo as real and trustworthy. She plans to invest her prize in her business.

The Regional Director, South South, Dangote Cement, George Okoro, noted that the promo was to reward Nigerians for their continuous patronage over the years.

Okoro added that Dangote Cement was committed to uplift of Nigerians and their financial stability.

He disclosed that apart from the N1m given to winners, the company was ready to give out N1bn to 1,000 customers, noting that other prices to be won included refrigerators, tricycles, phone cards and televisions.

Meanwhile, six star winners have emerged in the Abuja axis, with couple carting away two slots. Amos Fadare, who won N1m, described his prize as a dream come true.

“I have been using other cement brands for some time now, but because of the promo, I decided to buy trucks of Dangote cement before I luckily won. I want to thank Alhaji Aliko Dangote for giving us this opportunity.

“I also urge Nigerians to buy Dangote Cement. This is real. My wife also won. I am a building engineer and my wife is a cement retailer,” he said.

Fadare’s wife, Duni, described the winning as the act of God.

“I have been a distributor with Dangote Cement for about six years. I also mould blocks. I found some of the winning cards in my block industry. I found others through the reconstruction work we are doing at home.

Last year I tried, but didn’t win. This year, God has decided to make it possible. I told someone earlier that this year I would win, and that God would make it possible. It’s like I saw it coming,” she said.
