To improve customer service in Africa, Canon has appointed service teams in Nigeria, Morocco, Kenya and Egypt to get closer to its partners and customers.
At Canon’s Annual Service Conference on Monday, the Managing Director, Canon CNA, Somesh Adukia, said, “We are committed to helping our partners provide resilient, innovative services, so that they flourish, even in these ever-changing times.”
Services such as e-service and e-maintenance are other ways Canon is improving its Remote Service Capabilities.
The event, tagged ‘Building Resilient Services’ opened new learning opportunities for partners and gave them current information on CCNA business and service direction.
The established service teams will also be responsible for their neighbouring countries.
