As part of contributions to bridging the housing gap, a real estate developer, Evertop Realties Limited, has held a ground-breaking ceremony for 50 new terrace buildings in Agbara-Atan, Ogun State.
The Managing Director, Oluwaseun Joseph, during the ceremony, stated that he was passionate about providing affordable housing and that they were happy, as big players in the real estate industry, to contribute to the national housing stock.
This, he said, was to ensure that affordable housing is accessible to all, and decent enough for people to raise their families, which would in turn better the society.
Brand Ambassador for the company, Bidemi Kosoko, used the opportunity to encourage her fellow celebrities to invest in landed properties, as it appreciates with time and assists in securing the future.
“It is not only entertainers that should invest in real estate. It is a good investment for everybody, irrespective of their career calling,” she enthused.
