Ellah Lakes Plc has announced signing a Produce Offtake Agreement with Pure Flours Limited, a subsidiary of De United Foods Industries Limited.
In a statement obtained by Financial Street, the purpose of the agreement is for the supply of 5,000 metric tonnes of cassava.
Ellah Lakes specialises in oil palm plantations in Edo and Delta states.
It was incorporated on July 2, 1980 and was listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange on January 14, 1993.
According to the statement, Ellah Lakes has brought empowerment to communities in which it operates and is diversifying across the oil palm value chain.
