Seven persons have been confirmed dead in a Nigerian Air Force plane crash in Abuja on Sunday.

The B350 aircraft with number NAF201 reportedly departed Abuja at 9.33am with seven passengers and crew members.

The crew reported engine failure at 9.39am and crashed landed on the final approach path of Abuja Runway 22 at 9.49am.

Fire services are at the scene of the accident at the moment.

Meanwhile, a video clip has surfaced online showing efforts of the fire services.
