The Top Employers Institute programme, which honoured the company, certifies organisations based on the participation and results of their ‘HR Best Practices Survey.’

The survey covers six human resources domains consisting of 20 topics such as “People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Well-being, and Diversity & Inclusion.”

“We are proud to be named ‘Top Employer’ for the second time in a row. Being certified as a top employer showcases our organisation’s dedication to a better world of work and exhibits this through excellent human resources policies and people practices,” Head of Human Resources, DHL Global Forwarding Middle East and Africa, Eva Mattheeussen, stated.
